Welcome to St Barnabas' Church, Weeton

The church is part of the Benefice of Lower Wharfedale, a group of churches within rural villages to the south of Harrogate, within the Church of England Diocese of West Yorkshire and The Dales.
Our Clergy
The Rev. Stroma McDermott joined our beautiful benefice in October 2023 and with her ministry team, is bringing her energy and joy to the community

of worship is:
1st Sunday - Family Service 11am
2nd Sunday - no service
3rd Sunday - Parish Eucharist 11am
4th Sunday - Parish Eucharist 11am
5th Sunday - Benefice Service

Meet Stroma our new Rector!
Stroma and her family have settled into the rectory in Huby and have been warmly welcomed by their neighbours! According to facebook Stroma loves God, her family, her dogs, Elvis and ice cream (roughly in that order). She is also a big fan of film nights!
