Welcome to St Barnabas' Church, Weeton

The church is part of the Benefice of Lower Wharfedale, a group of churches within rural villages to the south of Harrogate, within the Church of England Diocese of West Yorkshire and The Dales.

The Rev. Craig Marshall joined our beautiful benefice in Spring 2020 and with his ministry team of Moira, David and others, has kept us going through Covid!

1st Sunday - All age Eucharist 11am



2nd Sunday - No service



3rd Sunday - Parish Eucharist 11am



4th Sunday - Celtic Worship 11am



5th Sunday - Benefice Service

Our Christmas Market 2022 is coming !!!  Weds 16th Nov 10-12 at StB (tbc)   EVERYONE WELCOME !

Plenty of stalls with gifts and presents galore.  

Cakes, tea & coffee, music, raffle all as a fundraiser for our Church


Its a great opportunity to wish friends and neighbours Merry Christmas whilst enjoying coffee and homemade cake. Pick up some wonderful, unique gifts.

Thanks to the hard work, enthusiasm and passion of local bells expert Mike King, we are proud to have a fully functioning peal of bells at St Barnabas. Mike runs a bell ringing class at 11am most Wednesdays - get in touch to give it a go. No experience needed. Watch the video on the right to see Eve & Jules making it look easy and sound amazing!
