Welcome to St Barnabas Church, Weeton.

The church is part of the Benefice of Lower Wharfedale, a group of churches within rural villages to the south of Harrogate, within the Church of England Diocese of West Yorkshire and The Dales.

Wonderful news - we are delighted to announce that Rev. Craig Marshall has begun his ministry as the new rector of our beautiful benefice.

Monthly services are as follows:




1st Sunday - All age Eucharist 11am



2nd Sunday - No service



3rd Sunday - Parish Eucharist 11am



4th Sunday - Celtic Worship 11am



5th Sunday - Benefice Service




Latest News

As of Thursday 18th June, whilst there are no services yet, we are planning to begin a phased unlocking of churches across our Benefice for personal private prayer on an individual basis. Check local details. St Barnabas will be open Tuesdays and Fridays 10-2 (subject to change)

Communtity Coffee Mornings

We hold monthly Community Coffee Mornings at Tewit Well Band Hall (Old Methodist Chapel), Stait Lane, Huby on 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9.30am to 11.30am.


Everyone Welcome **once we're out of LOCKDOWN :( ***


Its a great opportunity to meet neighbours and make new friends whilst enjoying coffee and homemade cake.
